What we can and cannot help with

We can help with corrections to anything on this site, questions about how the site is funded, privacy requests about information we hold (in practice, only your emails to us), and general questions about the topics we cover.

We cannot help with problems with a game, an account or a purchase. Astral Base does not sell or operate any product and has no access to vendors' systems. Those questions go to the vendor's own support. For scams, contact Scamwatch; for consumer law, the ACCC or your state or territory consumer protection agency; for online safety, the eSafety Commissioner.
